PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURAL DINNER & BALL INFORMATION
Join the President and Vice President for an evening of elegant celebration.

LOCATION:  Holiday Inn, Gallup, N.M.

DATE:  January 9, 2007

TIME:   7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Dinner (dinner program to be provided at time of arrival at hotel)           
9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Dance (live band & DJ w/ music)

TICKET:  $50.00 per person / $90.00 per couple / $500.00 per table (10 chairs per table)
Ticket price includes dinner with dance.

DRESS CODE:  Semi-formal to formal (depending on the individual’s mood).

PAYMENT METHOD:  Check or money order, made out to the “Shirley/Shelly Inauguration”.  Cash can be accepted.

LODGING AT HOLIDAY INN:  The hotel is providing a special rate for inaugural ball attendees.  Each individual is personally responsible for making his or her reservation and payment.  Special rate is $55.00 per night plus tax that includes free breakfast coupons for the next day.  When making your reservation, inform hotel of the “Presidential Inaugural Ball” rate for January 9th.

ENTRANCE INTO THE INAUGURAL BALL:  Tight security will be present at the hotel.  No ticket, no admittance into the ballroom.  Coat check-in will be provided free of charge for attendees.  Coat check-in person will provide ticket for personal items.

December 27 to 29, 2006, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

January 3 to 5, 2007, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

January 8, 2007, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (last day to sell tickets, if tickets still available)

Only 500 tickets are available for the inaugural ball.  Recommended that tickets be purchased at the earliest due to the high number of organizations and businesses calling in to purchase tables for their guests.

No reservations for tickets will be accepted.
